To be a part of Oman College of Management & Technology (OCMT) for helping in maintaining the educational and management quality and acting on its continuous process for the improvement of the whole College community.
The mission of the QA Department is to establish the College quality culture that will enhance and maintain its improvement for quality in achieving its main purpose.
- To Monitor and update the improvement process in educational and management area at OCMT.
- To ensure the culture of quality through continuous improvement process to be known and practiced among staff and students at OCMT.
- To provide updated information to all OCMT units regarding Quality and Accreditation.
- To maintain the continuous improvement process for quality to achieve Oman Academic Accreditation Agency (OAAA) award of certification for institutional and program accreditation.
- To be involved to External and International Accreditation bodies for quality and accreditation expertise.
- Spread the culture of quality within the college.
- Implements the continuous quality improvement process for the college.
- Establish better strategic plans, reports, feedback and analysis and quality service across the college.
- Provide information on training/workshop on quality improvement procedures for staff.
- Maintain the quality after achieving the institutional and program accreditation from OAAA.
- Promote faculty research to produce quality works.
- Coordinate all college units in achieving and maintaining quality.
- Participate to conference/workshop at any level for exposure, knowledge and experience.
